Participants must purchase a ticket to attend a Children First Training session via our website

Multiple tickets may be purchased on behalf of other staff members. Each attendee must have a ticket to attend or view the training session, and their details must be entered during booking by the purchaser.

Your registration includes:

  • Access to the online Children First Training session booked, or entry to the face-to-face Children First Training session booked (depending on the ticket purchased)
  • Training by a qualified facilitator
  • A certificate of participation

All prices quoted by Children First Training are processed in AUD. The registration fee is payable in one transaction.

Children First Training accepts payment of your registration fee by credit card on our website, via WooCommerce & Stripe payments. If you cannot pay by credit card, please email [email protected].

The cut-off time for registration for face-to-face training is 24 hours prior to the session, unless booked out prior. Online training registrations will remain open until the start of the session, unless booked out prior.

Once registration and payment has been accepted, an invoice with access details email will be sent from [email protected] confirming your registration. Please add this email address to your contacts list to ensure you receive all communication.

Only registered ticket holders will be accepted into the training session.

For online training sessions, please use the link provided to enter the session and you will be checked in by the training facilitator on arrival.

For face-to-face sessions, please bring a copy of your ticket with the QR code to the Training session – either on your phone or printed, as this will be required to sign into the Training session.

Cancellations are accepted up to one week prior to the training session to receive a full refund. If you cancel after this time, no refund will be issued.

Tickets are transferrable to another party if you cannot attend – please email [email protected] with the new participant’s details and we will transfer the registration, providing them with the ticket details.
