Our focus is on exploring the ECA Code of Ethics, a set of guidelines that promote best practices and ethical conduct in our sector. Through our interactive workshop you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the code and its relevance to your work. By the end of this session, you’ll know how to apply the code’s principles to real-world challenges and make informed decisions that prioritize the well-being and development of children in your care. Join us today and become a respected and trusted member of the early childhood education and care community. 

Learning Outcomes:

  • Increase knowledge and understand of the ECA Code of Ethics. 
  • Identify its place in our work in Early Childhood Education and Care. 
  • Interpret the elements of the ECA Code of Ethics and how the Code works. 
  • Discover the practical implications for acting in accordance with the ECA Code of Ethics.
