The Essence of an Effective Team

Early Childhood education and care involves working as part of a team to provide quality care and education to young children. The effectiveness of the team is crucial in providing a positive leaning environment for all. This workshop focuses on exploring the key components that contribute to an effective team, conflict styles and conflict resolution strategies. Participants will gain understanding of how to build and maintain an effective team, identify conflict styles and strategies for resolving conflict that can be implemented in our everyday workplace practices guided by an ethical approach.
