Working with Undiagnosed Children and their Families

Have you ever wondered how you can help the children and their families in your care that are undiagnosed?
In this online training session, Psychologist, Caitlin Riddell will help educators:
- Develop an understanding of which behaviours are a cause for concern
- Initiate a conversation with parents when you have identified these concerns
- Strategies to manage behaviours in the classroom
- Learn where parents can access support

Psychologist, Caitlin Riddell – Growing Early Minds
Caitlin works with children who have a range of developmental delays, concerns and disabilities, whilst also supporting and educating their families and educators to ensure they have the best chance to develop as capable, confident and happy kids.
Caitlin spent four years working in OOSH services while completing her Master of Professional Psychology at Macquarie University and has also worked in community mental health.
Caitlin enjoys presenting Children First Training sessions to build Educators’ confidence and ability to work with and identify children with behaviours of concern.
