Robyn Inskip has been with Growing Potential since 1996. She has lived most of her life in the Blacktown Local Government area and is well placed to understand the evolving community and its needs. Having previously worked in related areas for the Federal Government and Accountancy firms her breath of knowledge allows her to function effectively across Corporate Services and Children’s Services bringing an integrated perspective.
This experience allows her to meet the challenges of the changing funding and regulatory environment of Children’s Services and effectively strengthen the corporate function which underpins the organisation.
Robyn has a strong commitment to creating a cooperative and supportive work environment which empowers staff to develop and grow professionally and personally with a clear understanding of the positive impact this has on quality child care and education for children.
