Your service / organisation is responsible for organising a suitable venue that meets Work Health and Safety requirements and is conducive to learning.



Team Training must booked and paid for online via our website

A maximum of 25 participants can attend on-site Team Training, providing the venue can cater for this number of participants. This number may be increased at the discretion of the facilitator for an additional cost of $50 per person.

A maximum of 40 participants can attend online Team Training.

Your registration includes:

  • Training at your Early Childhood service or specified venue, or a link to live online training with your team
  • Training by a qualified facilitator
  • A certificate of participation for each participant



For on-site Team Training, please book 3 weeks (21 days) in advance to ensure you get the date that you require.

For online Team Training, please book 1 week (7 days) in advance to ensure you get the date that you require.

All prices quoted by Children First Training are processed in AUD. The registration fee is payable in one transaction.

Children First Training accepts payment of your registration fee by credit card on our website, via WooCommerce & Stripe payments. If you cannot pay by credit card, please email [email protected].


Once registration and payment has been accepted, an invoice with further details email will be sent from [email protected] confirming your registration. Please add this email address to your contacts list to ensure you receive all communication.


In the event that your service / organisation wishes to cancel or transfer a booking, notification must be made at least 14 days prior to the commencement date of the on-site Training without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the commencement date of the on-site training will incur a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the total invoice.


For copyright reasons, no video or voice recordings of any Children First training sessions are permitted under any circumstances. Still photography is permitted.

By attending a Children First Training event, you authorise Children First and our parent company, Growing Potential Ltd., to use your picture in print and/or video production for any purpose both print and online.



While participating at any Children First Training session, you are required to be respectful to others. If inappropriate behaviour is reported to any member of staff, then the parties involved will be asked to leave.


Children First Training acknowledges the traditional custodians and their continued connections to Country and culture throughout Australia.
