Your team will explore the ‘Exceeding’ themes and examine the differences between services that ‘Meet’ and those that ‘Exceed’.
Learning Outcomes:
- Examine the three ACECQA ‘Exceeding’ themes:
- Embedded in service operations (Theme 1)
- Informed by critical reflection (Theme 2)
- Shaped by meaningful engagement with families and/or the community (Theme 3)
- Discuss Quality Improvement research key findings
- Explore examples of comparisons between ‘meeting’ and ‘exceeding’ that may require focus
