1.5 – 2 hour session
This team training session has been designed to help the whole team understand the continuous improvement process from self-assessment, to goal-setting and making the QIP part of the service operations.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain an understanding of what continuous improvement is and what should be included in a QIP
- Gain tips to setting and writing goals and learn about ‘evidence’ gathering
- Learn about making continuous improvement part of your everyday operations including using the self-assessment tool
